4. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Contests, sweepstakes, and other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") offered through the Service may be bound by rules separate from these Terms of Service. If a Promotion's terms conflict with these Terms of Service, the Promotion rules shall take precedence.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are required for some aspects of the Service ("Subscription(s)"). On a recurrent and periodic basis, you will be invoiced in advance ("Billing Cycle"). When you purchase a Subscription, the billing cycle will be determined by the sort of subscription plan you choose.

Unless you cancel it or hygiene4u cancels it, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions at the end of each Billing Cycle. You can cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting the customer service staff at digitallinkslakshmi@gmail.com.

To process the payment for your membership, you'll need a valid payment method. You must provide hygiene4u with proper and correct billing information, which includes but is not limited to your full name, address, state, postal or zip code, phone number, and a valid payment method. By providing such payment information, you automatically enable hygiene4u to charge any of your payment instruments for all Subscription fees incurred through your account.

If automated charging does not occur for any reason, hygiene4u reserves the right to immediately discontinue your access to the Service.

6. Free Trial

Hygiene4u may, at its sole discretion, offer a free trial subscription for a limited time ("Free Trial").

In order to sign up for a Free Trial, you may be asked to submit your billing information.

If you provide billing information while signing up for a Free Trial, hygiene4u will not charge you until the Free Trial has ended. You will be automatically charged the corresponding Subscription fees for the kind of Subscription you have selected on the last day of the Free Trial term unless you cancel your Subscription.

Hygiene4u maintains the right to (i) change the Terms of Service of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) discontinue the Free Trial offer, at any time and without notice.

7. Fee Changes

hygiene4u reserves the right to change the Subscription Fees at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes to Subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.

Any change in Subscription rates will be communicated to you with sufficient advance notice to allow you to cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

8. Refunds

Within 7 days of the contract's purchase, we will provide a refund.

9. Content

Our Service enables you to upload, link, store, share and otherwise make information, text, graphics, videos, and other content ("Content"). You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the Content you submit on or through the Service.

By posting Content on or through the Service, You acknowledge and agree that: i) the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not breach the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to be infringing on a copyright.

You own all rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or via the Service, and you are responsible for ensuring that those rights are protected. Hygiene4u has the right, but not the duty, to monitor and edit all User-Generated Content.

Without our clear prior written consent, you may not distribute, edit, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, in whole or in part, for commercial or personal advantage.
